Lymington is cut for black tie: a stiff wing collar, a marcella bib woven with a raised waffle texture, and double cuffs closed with cufflinks. The back is plain poplin so nothing shows through the front of a dinner jacket.

How to Use
- Wear it with a dinner jacket, a self-tie bow tie and studs — no knot shows above a wing collar
- Check the bib height at the fitting: it must sit exactly behind the jacket front
- Leave the wing collar unfastened when the bow tie comes off at the end of the night
- Works for white tie too when paired with a white waistcoat and white bow tie
Care
- Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle; press the bib while still slightly damp
- Starch the wing collar and cuffs lightly, and never tumble dry the marcella

- The bib marks under too much heat — always iron through a cloth
- A wing collar takes a bow tie only, never a long tie
- Wash with whites only; stud buttons chip in a tumble dryer
