Privacy policy

This policy explains what SARTHALL collects when you use this site and what we do with it. The short version: the minimum needed to serve an order or a quotation, kept no longer than necessary, never sold. The store named above is the data controller for the personal information described below.

What we collect

  • Order information. Name, email, delivery address and order contents, so we can fulfil and support your purchase.
  • Payment. Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card or PayPal credentials – only a payment reference and the amount.
  • Technical data. Server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.
  • Cookies. A session cookie keeps your cart working between visits; analytics, if enabled, is anonymised. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

What we never do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
  • We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
  • We do not store payment card numbers on our systems.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with the parties who make your order possible: the payment processor, our carrier and our email provider. Legal authorities may be provided data where the law requires.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing (GDPR). If you are a California resident, you have equivalent rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete. To exercise any of these, email suhongbin1914@outlook.com – we respond within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are kept for the period required by tax law; everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.
